Lagoon

"I am the spirit of the lagoon, blue and deep, Secrets of the water I always keep. But lately,my water is not so clear, And the message I sing for all to hear.
The fish are confused, they don't understand, Why plastic bottles float on the sand. A seagull once told me,with a tear in her eye, 'A piece of sharp glass made my friend fly no more.'
People come visiting, having great fun, But when they all leave,their rubbish stays on. The wind from the Baltic whispers so sad, 'My beautiful coast is looking so bad.'
But you, little guardians, know what is right, To keep my water clean and bright. Take your things with you,don't leave any trace, And a smile you'll see on my watery face."
